Grace Lake is located North East of McKinney.  From Highway 75, take Exit 45, the Highway 121 Bonham exit.  Go east towards Melissa.  Stay on Highway 121 approximately 2 miles and turn right at the second light onto FM 545.  Go exactly 5 miles and turn right on FM 1827.  Grace Lake is the first barn and house on the right.
